Oral presentation must be limited 20 minutes including discussion. Posters must be printed in vertical format and must be no larger than A0 format (118.9 cm height by 84.1 cm width). Abstract title, author(s) and affiliation(s) should appear at the top. The content should be visual and readable from a distance of 2 m. All submitted papers will be evaluated by at least two referees. Papers deemed appropriate will be grouped as oral or poster presentations, taking into account the requests of the authors, and will be published in the abstracts book. All halls will have a projector and computer. The organizing committee requests participants to use the projector and computer in the hall during the presentations.

Abstract Guidelines

All abstracts should be clearly written and presented in English and Turkish. Abstract and Özet should be up to 250 words each and 2 pages. Mathematical symbols and formulas might be written within the text, and metric symbols should be used in the text. Standard abbreviations may be used. Each paper must include the title, author's name, address, country, postal code and e-mail address of the author. The name of World file should be the surname of the author (For example, surname.docx, gullu.docx, awni.docx). The Demonstration given below should be used in the preparation of abstract.

Abstract: Abstract in Microsoft Word format, Times New Roman, 12 pt. Maximum extent of the abstract text is 250 words. Use 2.5 cm for the left, right, top and bottom margins and single space for interlines.

Do not use any space between paragraphs. First line of each paragraph must be indented 0.5 cm. Main text will have to be justified to right and left sides. The title and the author names will be centered.

References, tables and figures are not allowed.

Key words: 4 or 5 key words have to be written in Times New Roman 12 pt.
